Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Rosa North

Awful

Disliked: Staff had me wait for ever to get checked in so they could talk and then the guy was rude when checking me in, like I was inconveniencing him to do his job. Room was dirty and gross, there were black hairs everywhere and I don't have black hair so it wasn't mine, stains on the blankets, thin mattress, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, everything was outdated and dirty.

the second night was better...

Liked: The 20th we were moved in the room next door, to my surprise it actually looked clean the room smelled better than the previous one.
Disliked: We were booked into a room with a giant hole in the bathroom that had dry wall seeping out, the room didn't smell clean if I'm being honest... the floor wasn't cleaned there were some questionable red stains on the floor? We stayed the 19-21 the first night we were put into the room with the giant hole in the wall , I wasn't given any compensation for the first night?

Disliked: We got there they changed the name of the hotel to super motel 8 we found out upon arrival, we were told we had to purchase through them that they had no way to pull our booking off booking.com. Then we had to go through the hassle of contacting booking.com so we didn’t get a cancel fee. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights 1st night we tried to switch rooms because of heavy mold & smoke smell they said there was no room to switch me too, & our 2nd room had bugs in the bud crawling around. We tried to get our refund and they only refunded 1x night for the 2 rooms. Went back next day and asked for manager to get 2nd night refunded the manager Supisivly not untill Monday. We have yet to hear from from the manager and finally found the number to call and it’s a motel 6 now!!! Absolute nightmare it took so much time and stress when we were just trying to come to Santa Rosa to enjoy and celebrate our daughter’s graduation!!! Such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!! Wether it’s park inn, super motel 8, or motel 6!!!

Disliked: Nothing, it was so incredibly sketchy I did not feel safe. Its not even called the park inn it was a motel 6 then not a motel 8. I was followed by two gentlemen and the front desk lady kept my drivers license. I had to go ask for it back. The door of our room had been kicked off ots hinges and the peephole was fogged or spray painted over.

Worst hotel ever

Disliked: Everything. Horrible customer service, booked a room thru booking.com and they couldn't find my reservation. I had to cancel with booking then get a room and it was frustrating because I literally had a graduation that evening. The hotel was dirty, smelly, bugs on the bed. Worst hotel ever. I never been to Santa Rosa and won't ever go back but if I do I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
