We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The staff was helpful and kind. The parking for Veterans was amazing to see.
Disliked: Nothing, it was great.

Disappointing

Liked: The pool was nicer than what I read in other reviews. The pool and hot tub made the experience for my son and myself a lot nicer.The coffee they offered during their "breakfast" time was pretty decent. The staff was very nice.(We ended up booking because our other arrangements had to cancel last minute. )
Disliked: The rooms were not clean, the flooring was broken, the tub had a lot of spackling on it for whatever reason, the mirror over the desk had some weird stuff stuck to it. The view from our room was a construction company and it was their supply yard that had old tires. We kept the curtains closed. I did see a couple bugs in the room; Silver fish I think they were. The breakfast they offered was toast and a prepackaged pastry. Their room service for cleaning comes every other day at one time (before 11), so if you miss that time, then your room stays dirty. That was not communicated upon check in so it was a little frustrating when the trashes are full and your stuck with dirty wet towels that were mainly used to clean the floor from the shower that leaked. Parking lot space are TIGHT!!

Liked: Very comfortable bed . . . slept very well!
Disliked: As a short person, getting in the bed was a little difficult. Did not like the soap attached to the wall, would have preferred even a small bar of soap and since I enjoy taking a bath instead of a shower and as a result of recent knee surgery, getting to the soap on the wall was difficult!
