Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. From the start, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, which made the entire experience more enjoyable. One of the things I really appreciated was being able to leave my bags at the hotel before check-in at no extra cost. This allowed me to explore the city without having to carry around heavy luggage.The room itself was comfortable, and I was happy to find that it was cleaned daily throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked well, and I also appreciated the full-sized toiletries.Breakfast was provided and included a good variety of options such as bagels, yogurt, cereal, apples and oranges, along with coffee, tea, and both orange and apple juice.After check-out, I was again able to store my luggage at no charge, which was a huge help since my flight wasn’t until later in the evening. Being able to leave my bags securely at the hotel gave me extra time to enjoy the city without any hassle.While the area itself didn’t feel particularly safe, I never had any issues during my stay. The fact that guests had to be buzzed into the building by staff made me feel much more secure.Another feature I really liked was the flexibility around check-in and check-out times. I was given the option to request early check-in or late check-out online, which made the process so much easier. It saved me from having to wait around early in the morning wondering if I'd be able to get a late check-out.
Disliked: While I had a really good stay overall, I think it’s important to point out a couple of things for people considering this hotel.First, regarding the area, there are definitely some mixed reviews out there, and I understand why. The neighborhood isn’t the cleanest, and it’s true that you’ll see people experiencing homelessness, some of whom appear to be under the influence or actively using drugs in public, even during the day. That said, this didn’t affect my stay at all. I always felt safe at the hotel itself, especially since guests have to be buzzed in by staff. Still, I think it’s something worth mentioning for travelers who might be concerned about the surroundings.As for the hotel itself, the main downside for me was the lack of a microwave or mini fridge in the room. After eating out, I had no way to store or reheat leftovers, so unfortunately I had to throw some food away. It’s a small thing, but it would’ve made the stay even more convenient.Overall, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise great experience, but I hope they’re helpful for anyone planning a visit.

Liked: The location is good, the size of the room is OK, and the elevator is also OK. It was fine for my few days attending a conference 14 minutes away on foot. Lot of rentacara are just over the street
Disliked: Behind the hotel is not secure; sometimes homeless people come to the entrance of the hotel, but there hasn't been any problem. The lobby is too small.this hotel is the last acceptable hotel regarding the homeless.

Good but not worth the...

Liked: The room is quite small, but it is clean enough for the old building. The breakfast room is too small and often lacks chairs for families, as you can see. The location is excellent; however, it is not considered safe when the homeless stay in the surrounding areas in the afternoon and nights.
Disliked: It would be great if the breakfast room had more chairs to be prepared for a group of 3 or 4 people in a family.
