Disliked: 1. Is in the middle of the most dangerous street in San Francisco (fentanyl, drugs and violence).We were hearing someone's screaming from the street the whole night.2. Personal did not mentioned anything and even saying "if you do not disturb them, everything will be all right" which is false, we had few issues in the first hour waking around.3. They asked us for extra 100$ as deposit but I'm cash even having an advertising in front of us highlighted as "we do not take cash".4. We did not have hot water in the room or anything to hang the clothes. Room was minuscule.I cancelled the reservation and they were not surprised at all, looks like almost everyone is doing the same

Liked: The room was clean and ok location. A lot of homeless around the area.
Disliked: The bed seemed like full size rather than a queen, moved a lot and mattress wasn't firm.

Disliked: Wifi was not working wellLocation, is closer to a shady placeBreakfast was just bread and jam. No protein. Atleast an egg or omlette was required
