Location was central to the areas I was visiting. Clean room; great continental breakfast.

The price was fair, and we will definitely be visiting again.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Not enough towels and the noise from outside.

Liked: Room prices were great. Especially since we were going to be out and about all day. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Only one towel in the room. We had to constantly ask for towels for our room daily. Rooms were clean but could not walk barefoot on the floor without your feet sliding from underneath.

I will never return there...

Liked: The only thing I liked was the fact that it was close to the hospital that my mother was getting treated for her cancer it was close to the Methodist metropolitan hospital and financially this is all I could afford.
Disliked: It was so dirty I had to clean the room myself I couldn't let my mother stay in her place like that with her illness but like I said it's what I could afford it you've been having to go back and forth to San Antonio I also went to Walmart to buy disinfectant extra blankets to throw on top of the bed cuz it was so disgusting the floors were nasty the restroom toilet was nasty the bathtub was nasty not a good experience at all was not comfortable at all.

Disliked: dirty floors, no soap, only 2 towels, dirty sink, the television connection was glitchy, the door frame looks like it was kicked in at some point. I don't think the bed was changed.
