Disliked: Staff was very odd with amenities. We needed extra towels & demanded the dirty towels back immediately in exchange for clean ones....usually used towels stay in the room even if new towels are given. Same with the plunger. We needed to use the plunger and they demanded it back immediately the moment we were done with it?? So we gave it back poo water and all.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Was the worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life. Cheap doesn't mean bad, but this one was all you can mention to be wrong. There's no breakfast as others were literally granola bars they give it at the front desk. There's a putrefact smelling in the stairs, and they don't have elevators. I asked to be changed from the room because of the smell, and they charged me extra for it with the worst attitude I've ever seen. They made me try to sleep that night because they don't have a supervisor, so the person who was not English or Spanish speaking didn't want to change the room that night I cried almost all night I couldn't talk to my husband because he is at the military base. I asked for the water fountain, and there's none! They only turn a machine on during the morning time ending at 9 am. This was unbelievable. It's obvious they dont clean the bathrooms, so I hab to ask for for housekeeping ans they didn't do it i had to go to Walmart to get some supplies. Please don't do business with this motel. I'll use another platform to book my trip because if this is what I'm gonna get. Just forget it.
