Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio at I-10

I recommend this hotel re-evaluate what needs to be upgraded. People who are looking for elegance and their monies worth should book a different hotel. I only stayed because I pre booked and could not get a refund.

Liked: We were able to check in a little early.
Disliked: The pool area was not clean. The smell of the hotel room was smoke free but still smelled like cigarettes. The hotel is very outdated; broken TV remote; tattered curtains; lack of extra towels for the pool. It was posted online that there would be breakfast and there was not any. The room was not worth the amount paid.

Liked: The room was very clean and presentable
Disliked: Staff wasnt very welcoming and warm, but was kinda nice and if I could check in earlier than 245 when I had to check out of my other hotel at 11 so I had to go three hours until I could check into my next hotel here

Liked: Nothing good to say, horrible experience
Disliked: No bath towels, even in the reception, we couldn't take a shower, stinky and nasty place. Worse place we ever stayed, no bathroom curtains, (broke) sink plugged. People yelling at the middle of the night. Horrible experience.

Liked: Location was where I needed it. Price good. Clean bed and shower.
Disliked: Carpets need shampooing, microwave looked like something exploded in it. One of the chairs I wouldn't have sat in. Guy wearing a ski mask outside was on the premises for a short time.

For the price there are better places to stay nearby.

Disliked: Said continental breakfast on website but the property did not provide that. We also never got coffee in the room even through there was a coffee machine. The ice machine wasnt working. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and the whole room was dated and in poor condition.

Liked: The Super 8 is awesome very nice staff. Very clean and sanitized rooms. The Pool is very clean. The property is well lit.
Disliked: Everything is amazing
