Liked: Some of the staff was nice and a good location for me to go back and forth to the hospital.
Disliked: The room was not vacuumed, with a lack of communication. They need to do management walk through to make sure rooms are cleaned and equipped right. My TV had a line from top to bottom and no glass plate in the microwave. So no food could be warmed.

Liked: I liked the lobby. That’s it.
Disliked: I didn’t like, the stench in the elevator (I’ve stayed twice, last year and this year.) it’s stuck there. Whatever it is. Upon arrival our room was HORRIBLE. There was body hair in the shower, bathroom floor, silver fish bugs..the actual room was extremely hot. We are already in Texas. The room cools in the middle of the night. There was hair all in our bed and sheets like not a loose hair but like when u pull the hair out a hairbrush and it bundles up..i genuinely don’t think they even changed the bedding. Or cleaned the room, everything was full of hair and dust where they place towels above the toilet. There was broken pieces of idk what on the wall, remote back was missing, the rolling desk chair was broken..i guess giving it a second chance was not the move. Suppose the other reviews had different house keepers. Our first experience with this motel was pretty much the same.
