Overall, exactly as advertised. No surprises.

Liked: Clean; people up front did a good job; price.
Disliked: Small rooms; little noisy.

Disliked: The rooms were dirty. First room was awful with pet hair everywhere. The nice employee moved us upstairs it was cleaner but still not real clean. It has gone downhill since when we stayed last year

Manager woke us up after...

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. The cleaning people seemed a bit jumpy or maybe even a little bit scared when you walked past them in the hallway or said 'hello' or 'good morning'. I don't know why that was but I couldn't help but feel a little sad to see them react that way.
Disliked: The breakfast was little disappointing. It was cold cereal, toast, or waffles. That was it. The cereal options were Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran, or Frosted Flakes. For the waffles you only had one waffle iron so there was a continual line and we ran out of syrup. The waffle iron was shaped in the state of Texas. That was different.The manager came and knocked on our door after midnight to find out who we were because the staff member who checked us in, checked us in under a different name. Then, the garbage service came at 5am and woke me up again by slamming the dumpster around. Not a good night's sleep.

Overall, it was a stay...

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. The gentleman at the front was nice
Disliked: The room was gross! It was dusty, there were smudges every where. Carpet was dusty. Also, the decor is not at all inviting in the room. It looked like nobody had cleaned the room in a while. When we walked in, there were people, you could tell were possibly the owners or staff, sitting barefoot in the lobby. I realized they worked there when I saw them in uniform the next morning. The elevator was disgusting! It looked like it was in a public parking garage!! Luckily I had some clorox wipes, I had to wipe the entire room down before my kids even sat down or ate. Rusted decor and there were dust and crumbs on the tray in the room with the ice bucket.
