Last minute hotel only

Liked: Hotel is only for that desperate stay over.
Disliked: TV in the room did not work as we were told there was no signal, it is useless to have the TV just remove it and reduce the cost of room. Overall room was ok but hotel is aged and staff looked un-interested in any kind of customer service. Breakfast is slim pickings with cereal, toast, coffee, and yogurt. There is some old fruit available and bad tasting juice. Broken furniture, dirty windows stained carpet and bedding. I can usually tolerate or have the expectation of a certain level of uncleanliness, but this location went above and beyond to ensure it was as bad as it could be.

Disliked: The coffee maker had no available receptacle the plug in the coffee maker. We had to move it into the bathroom to make coffee

Disliked: Room small for money charged, cleanliness questionable as there was used coffee pod left in coffee machine,makes you wander what else wasn’t done…breakfast room not open till 7:30,,then not worth it.

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed & pillows.

Good place to stay last...

Liked: Although I made a request (for sunlight higher floor room and fragrance free/animal dander free), we had to ask for a secondary room as the first room did not meet request. Staff listened and gave us a better room.
Disliked: Not a deal breaker but due to location of Super 8 by a highway intersection, it was noisy at times, especially when the trucks braked to stop at lights and then later started up again. Was quiet enough for sleeping.

Bad

Disliked: Got double charged and charged 6 times and when called to ask about it got told I had to wait and then sworn at and told I was going to get charged more money for asking how is that right

Disliked: The breakfast was very minimal with just toast, cereal and coffee/ tea offered.
