Liked: The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean
Disliked: They put us on the second floor and there is no elevator so you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to your room. It’s very difficult when you have to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

Liked: Location to where we needed to be
Disliked: The hall/stairway to the second floor out back stunk bad, the windows in our room were moldy, our room also stunk when we got into it and we had to open the window for quite awhile. On the booking confirmation it said that our room would have a coffee pot and it didn’t, one of the lights in our room has a loose fixture which could be a fire hazard and it doesn’t stay on.

Disliked: the room air conditioner was broken i asked to be moved to a different room and they did but with a twin bed. mind you I had a kind bed. Plus I never got a refund because the cost of my original room was 37 dollars more than the room they put me in
