Liked: Everything was wonderful but some how had double booked 2 room and lost my money for room because had to cancel so tonight I'm sleeping in my car because I couldn't get a refund

Super Awful hotel!

Liked: The staff gave me a refund when I checked out after the terrible first night.
Disliked: The highway is right next to the hotel. All you hear is constant loud road noise. The blackout curtains didn't block the outside lights from shining through.The beds are so awful, I didn't sleep at all. The floor would have been more comfortable. The mattress was hard, creaked when I moved, and you can feel and see the springs of the mattress through the scratchy sheets. Everything was dingy, dark, and gross. About 20 teenagers (not guests) used the hotel parking lot to party late into the night. It made me nervous for my car parked 5 feet away. The ATM was not working. There were no water fountains or coffee makers available, so there was no way to get a beverage. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke enough to cause an asthma attack. The bathroom fan was very loud and rattled and there no way to turn it off without turning the overhead light off. The shower curtain rod was rusty and the shower curtain was all ripped. There were hairs everywhere on the floor and shower. The toilet paper roll had been wet from the towels hanging above it from the previous guest, and dried leaving the toilet paper roll yellow and stained from previous moisture. The keys didn't work and I couldn't turn the lamp on next to the bed.

Disliked: Carpet needs cleaning on a daily basis inside ceiling needs repairing , interior needs better up keep.

Disliked: The bed was horrible, and it was weird noise every time when we turn in the bed. we did not sleep whole night.
