Comfortable for a night stay.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the room was clean with comfy beds. We stayed here as it was close enough to Monterey to go whale watching the next morning after I left it too late to get a room closer to the coast.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic and there wasn’t much room.

Liked: The staff were nice and try to accommodate us. The pool is a plus.
Disliked: The Tv in our room was acting up, called to let them know. They said they would have someone come look at it the next day. When we got back to the room it’s still wasn’t working right and completely stop working. We called again and she said the manager wasn’t in yet, wouldn’t be in for another hour. She came to look at it, but couldn’t get it to work. She did say she would call the manager to figure out what to do. Ultimately we had to change rooms. The inconveniences of moving our stuff wasn’t fun at all. Yes the Tv did work in that room but we ended up compromising hot water in the shower. It barely got warmed after running 20 minutes. This isn’t the first time having issues at the hotel.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: A window was dirty I cleaned it with a hand towel and got billed $20 for leaving the towel dirty. Door doesn’t seal correctly after locking it, bed sheet had a hole, no hot water, noisy next to the freeway. Price is too high and it’s not even a quality place. I have family around that area will never stay at this place again. Staff was not rude nor friendly they were just working to pay their bills.
