Disliked: Construction left only one way in. Room on the third floor no elevator

Disliked: The room was not clean I had to clean very dirty throw up on sink and wall by sink cigarette buys on window sill went to by cleaner and clean room my self tub was also dirty

Disliked: I reserved the room for the night & when I get there to check in it was going to cost me extra because of a deposit& pet. It doesn't state that anywhere so needless to say I couldn't stay because I didn't have the extra money not to mention I'm homeless. I was very upset because I lost my money but the next day it was refunded back to me

Liked: The male staff that night acted like he did not want to put anything in my hand, so he kept putting everything on the counter even though I had my hand out for my stuff. Then, they overcharge my card, and the hotel is nasty.
Disliked: Nasty bathtub, the smell is awful, and customer service is okay.

Liked: Facilities were clean, memory foam bed was very comfortable, all the plumbing worked as it should, the TV and remote control worked well.The clerk at check in was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: HVAC unit was a window unit. The room temperature was fine but I would have liked a little air movement. I tried turning on just the fan, but the a.c. came on and it was too loud. Also, the heat switch was missing. I was lucky I didn't need heat or a.c.
