Disliked: the toilet wasnt flushed. we werent able to check in early and im not sure why because it sure wasnt clean

Liked: The office personnel were very nice and went out of their way to assist us. Very friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: The $50 deposit for damages, but I can understand it.

Fire the room service maid.

Liked: It had a bed, a roof, and was close to work.
Disliked: Everything had mold. Thought I was staying at Camp Lejeune. Had a nice TV in the room, too bad there was no remote. Took a shower, went to dry off, only to realize there were no towels. Had to dry off with two tiny wash clothes. Had a no smoking room, but might as well have put slot machines in there cause it smelt like a casino. Charged me a 100 dollar deposit as if I could have done more damage than was already done to the place.
