Liked: Room was nice, mattress was ok better then last week overall experience was great. Thought dog barking was going to be an issue but was taken care of. The young lady that was able to undo the mute ( husband muted and couldn't unmite) was very quick and followed up to make sure all was well. We have to make multiple trips for eye surgery so will be returning.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Awful. Bed bugs, dry food, boogers and blood all over the beds, sheets. Told them how disgusting it is and even took them to the room and showed them the bugs and they just said oh there dead though they tried to deny me a refund

Disliked: Old smells. The fire alarm was going off during the first night, but no fire. It made it hard to sleep. Not enough tables to eat breakfast at.

Disliked: My child and I stayed 2 nights for a school event. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear every move anyone made above us and next to us all night long. The first night there was a smoke detector malfunction and all rooms had to deal with their smoke detectors going off randomly all night long. We could hear ours and others throughout the entire night. Called the desk at midnight to report issues and they said it was being worked on. It wasn’t fixed until late the next day. The heat in our room didn’t work the first night either - turned out to be a breaker issue that was fixed for the 2nd night. Also - sheets in both beds had black stains on them - we went and bought our own blankets. The shower was updated but the tub was very cheaply made and actually felt like it shifted when you stepped in it (average size people). Felt like it could break. Not at all worth the $300 paid for 2 nights - don’t do it.We tried to find something else but couldn’t find another available hotel in the area due to everything being booked for the event we were in town for. Had to deal with it. At least we know for next time!
