Liked: Outside the property looks good.
Disliked: The rooms had a strong urine smells. A picture fell off the wall and the manager did not apologize and showed no interest. Also, the manager said we could not walk without a shirt when walking our dogs around the property.

Disliked: Extremely dirty, not well maintained at all. It’s cheap for a reason.

Very disappointing

Liked: The price was acceptable
Disliked: There was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell. No one came. I called on the house phone as directed, no one came. I waited awhile then called again, no one came. One customer came from down the hall and waited awhile and finally gave up and went back to their room. The place looked deserted. I didn't know what to do because Booking had said if I canceled within 24 hours, I'd have to pay for the room anyway--but there was no one there to let me have a room.. I tried calling Booking and they said to call the hotel. I used their number and no one answered. 15 min. later someone came and I explained my frustration. He asked if I wanted to cancel--I told him Booking said I'd have to pay for the room. He said he wouldn't charge me so Booking wouldn't know. He would not give me a receipt to verify the cancellation with no charge. I was concerned to stay there if this was the way they interacted with customers--what else is going on?

Liked: Staff was very nice. It was a good place to stay at a good price.

Disliked: Bed was soft like cardboard on wobbly springs. There was fur on the carpet. Like black dog hair.
