Liked: Most of the staff was very nice one was not so personable. Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: Just the fact of seeing a couple of cockroaches.

Disliked: No elevator. I don't understand a hotel that doesn't have an elevator. I always look for a hotel that has the doors on the inside, so I feel safe, and they always have an elevator. I don't do stairs well.

Liked: Comfy beds and spacious room. Breakfast was also decent, cold food options and hot coffee.
Disliked: A bit noisy in the morning. Early "housekeeping" and knocks on doors, 8 am. My toddler was still sleeping and it was pretty loud. No elevator and had only top floor option for my dog.

Disliked: The bathroom was a little worn, a light bulb was out in the room. No elevator, had to lug our bags up the stairs.
