Liked: Good location, had what we needed.
Disliked: Reserved a room specifically with a king size bed AND a sofa bed. Upon arriving they informed us the sofa bed was not functional. We needed that bed space that was the whole purpose of reserving that room, so they had to change our room to one with two queens, but then said there would be an additional charge. Why charge extra for an error the hotel made?

Great place to stay

Liked: Clean and very neat. Rooms towels and sheets smelled fresh and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Kind of pricey for a budget motel

Liked: Great location with easy access to Hannepin Canal for lovely walks. Staff were all friendly.Comfy bed and spacious room.Well and regularly cleaned.TV was a nice size and easy to use.Handy local guides available.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty basic, but it was continental, so to be expected. Porridge supplied but only paper bowls. Didn't fancy putting one in the microwave, though it might've worked.No urn of hot water to make tea but plenty of coffee and juice.Only small jug of milk so we had to ask for it to be topped up 3 or 4 mornings but staff were more than happy to.Only got one individual bottle of shower gel and shampoo on 1st day. Never got replenished, though probably would have done had we asked.Fridge in the room was really quite noisy.

Not the old Super 8

Liked: Very clean and quiet. Couldn't hear any noises from nearby rooms. Continental breakfast served.Everything looked to be updated.
Disliked: Got no complaints.
