Location and price were good....

Disliked: The place could be cleaned up. The outside looked horrible. cut the grass and clean up the landscaping. Pull the weeds Make the place look inviting. Rooms need updating. Bathrooms are old.

NEVER AGAIN

Disliked: UNSAFE FEEL THE DEADBOLT TOP NOTCH DIDN’T EVEN WORK IN ROOM 219. DRUNKS AND DRUGGIES ON THE PROPERTY. THE WORKERS LOOK LIKE THEY NEEDED PERSONAL SECURITY.
