Just a little below what...

Liked: The 5 AM Desk Clerk exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: The check-in Desk Clerk wasn't the most welcoming person I have ever met. This seems to be the norm for this particular Motel 8.

Disliked: The security and cleanliness were both lacking. Back door was propped open by a brick.

Generally pleasant.

Liked: Convenient location, but room was close to busy road so traffic noise was kind of annoying.
Disliked: Lumpy bed pillows, also found big spider on pillow one evening.
