Liked: No breakfast, no power in the rooms. Overall place was disgusting. We left and went to a different hotel. Management was so rude and would not refund the money.
Disliked: Everything could have been better. Honestly the entire hotel needs to be shut down. Major health hazard.Do not stay there.

Liked: No secure Lock on door,no garage can, no shower working or sink just a stream of water! Back door had a rock to keep the door open because your card won't open the door! Air conditioner was loud! Dog poop on the floor in the hallway! Did not feel safe and would not give me my full money back, only 20 percent! The worst hotel ever

Slumlords of Roanoke!

Liked: Nothing they are laundering money and not paying taxes....and how can they check the place if people leave at all hours. Slumlords!!!!! My husband said the lady looked like she was on drugs! I wish I had gone in! I would have taken her picture and sent it to the FBI.
Disliked: I never stayed there!!!!! Booking.com is oblivious to that. I had to go 4 miles down the street and pay more money, which I was fine with because they took my deposit in credit card. I ended up staying an extra night because we were so exhausted, so this super 8 lost more money. I requested a refund, but they still have not gotten back. Instead of a great review on how they handled the situation, they're getting bad ones. And booking.com is next let me tell you. I'm going to AMEX and BBB , and soon, I have no responses. This isn't being handled professionally. The attachment I added was the response to my review on Google they used the word "occasionally" what makes them choose certain types of people!!!! If they look like they have money???? I'm going to review booking.com and them on every social media outlet. It's no longer about the money. Now it's about the principal!

Liked: The air conditioning in the room. It was hot the week I was here and the AC worked awesome

Liked: Roo.m was clean..
Disliked: Upon arrival we walked into an ice raid 3 rooms down from us. Had to leave the property immediately after check in. Three officers pounding on the door..5 outside surrounding the building

If you don't mind living...

Liked: The room wasn't broken into and no one stole my car from the parking lot
Disliked: The lady who was working the front desk obviously doesn't like her job. She was rude and unhelpful. Rented a smoking room and there was no ashtray. When inquiring about an ashtray we were told to just use one of the plastic cups. Asked for a cup and was told they didn't have any. Basically everywhere around it is closed down, run down or both and I was nervous someone was going to run off with my car in the middle of the night. Poor lighting in the parking lot. The only thing that this place was missing was some long term residents arguing out front.

Would never stay there again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Smells like skunk weed, strong enough to make you feel sick. Comforters had cigarette burn holes, towels were dirty, walls had green stuff on them, air conditioner had no vents, surrounded by abandoned buildings. Pictures on booking website very misleading
