Liked: Everything was great except our mini fridge didn't work and I was plugged in.

Unpleasant.

Liked: It was by the Waffle House.
Disliked: The first thing you notice is the strong smell of marijuana. Then we were told a $100.00 dollar cash deposit was required but this was not stated when booking the stay nor in any correspondence that followed. The property is outdated, 1/2 of the lights in the room did not work, the water pressure was weak, the bed was uncomfortable and bed linens were tattered in places. The premises had a musty smell and the carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in quite a while.

Liked: Stains and cigarette burns on both bedspreads and on the curtain. The desk/table that was in the room was coming apart. Paint was peeling and missing out of the bathroom both beds look like they have been set on and very messily made. The hotel in the area was quiet, but the window was very dirty. The bathroom floor was very sticky. I asked for a receipt when I checked out she refused to give me one so they could not give me a receipt that I had booked through Booking.com and they would have to give me a receipt. Although I stayed at many hotels that I had booked through Booking.com and never had an issue getting a receipt from the hotel. There was only two small lights in the room and one of them kept flickering when you touch the on and off switch if you didn't have it just in the right position, it would not stay on which is an electrical fire hazard. The was only one lightbulb where there should've been two on both of The light fixtures. So at night, it was very dark and dim in the room.

If the hotel advertises through...

Liked: There really was no breakfast. Coffee was available on certain mornings and a piece of bread. The orange juice was spoiled. I showed the manager the booking.com contract which said that breakfast was included and they said: contact booking.com. There were several things broken in the room. They were unapologetic and reprimanded me. I stayed 6 nights and would like to get refund for $60 ($10 a day for breakfast value.) Also the receipt said that there would be coffee maker in room and there was not. Thank you. Sally Jordalen
Disliked: Courtesy, accommodation and the chance to move to another room. I was across from the laundry and staff room. It was very noisy.

Cheap means bad

Disliked: Room smelled bad like had been smoked in for a long time. The sink, toilet and shower was dirty. Sink had cigarette burns on it.Found things on the carpet that should have been picked up by vacuum. Bedspread had multiple burn places. Plug ins didn't work to charge phones, chargers would fall out of the plugins. Had to plug in the microwave into desk lamp, how dangerous. Light beside the beds had a short in it.
