Well housekeeping took a baseball cap we bought as a gift. Manager called me a liar - so rude. I am filing a complaint.

Liked: The location was central to all of our destinations.
Disliked: Our first room was heavily smoked in. There were cigarette burns all over the bed linen and the bathtub. My daughter developed a rash the first night. There where holes in the wall that were just patched but never finished. The toilet paper dispenser would literally fall on the floor when you used it. I pulled the shower curtain back, only to be greeted by roaches.After the first night I told the desk manager about the heavy cigarette smell and he let us switch rooms. A little better but not by much. You could smell that people had smoked in the room and there were the burn holes, but it was better than the first room. Again, the toilet paper dispenser fell on the floor every time you used it. While my 15 year old daughter went to get ice, she was accosted by an older gentleman. This experience traumatized her.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. The staff was the only acception
Disliked: Unnoticeable stain on sheets that clearly showed it wasn’t cleaned and was just looked over and left after the previous people. Burn holes and other matters on the floor and who knows what type of red wet stuff on the CEILING? Smelled like someone sparked a cigarette in that room just seconds before we walked in. If you’re hungry, I’d say to order some food. We walked to the McDonald’s and a person hanging around the hotel started following us and mumbling stuff.

Disliked: It was dirty, There were burned areas on the bedding and tub. The previous guest's food was in the refrigerator. The floor was disgusting. The list goes on!

Disliked: Filthy room , disgusting smell and nasty carpet. Bathroom falling apart and extremely dirty. Bed covers full of holes . Very unprofessional welcoming by front desk.
