Liked: That we had a place too sleep
Disliked: The pool wasn't avaliable or ready, wasn't very clean, needs lotsa maintenance

Disliked: Pool is broke with wires everywhere. Smells like rotting musty food. Ceiling water damage. Door lock didn't work. Manager assured me a refund and still processed a full charge when we didn't even stay on the property after voicing our concerns and left. Was very rude and in front of my little girls.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke. Flake cereal, bread and eggo like waffles with a toaster to cook your own. No other options. Toilet was dirty. Shower barely had pressure. Your site listed a pool and hot tub, pool been closed for 7 years and no hot tubs.

Liked: The carpet in the room was very dirty and damp bed cover was stained sheets were clean. It smelt really heavy of cigarette smoke
Disliked: The room was not very nice the air conditioner wasn’t working right very loud all night when we reserved you offered us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub. We did not get that was told we needed to take that up with you. Because you made the mistake not them even though I showed them confirmation
