Disliked: Blankets were smelling, nymphs everywhere, towels were dirty. Just waited to pass the night. When I booked it it said breakfast was included but not in reality.

Disliked: Bugs in room , whole place smells , bathtub was stained , no shampoo or soap 2 med towels . King size bed with 3 FLAT ASS PILLOWS Tv wasn't even clear , door was loose even when locked bathroom door know was missing parts. A/C was gross and missing parts. Lamps / tv weren't even plugged in . Blanket was like cardboard. Signs said smoke free but hallways smelled. Vending machines broke .

Liked: Room we boked was compfy and having extra large capacity to store luggage, we usually stay in wyndham hotels being a gold member but super 8 richmond is having cheaper prices with some extra stuff to offer, nice staff and thanks to housekeeping lady
