Liked: Room we boked was compfy and having extra large capacity to store luggage, we usually stay in wyndham hotels being a gold member but super 8 richmond is having cheaper prices with some extra stuff to offer, nice staff and thanks to housekeeping lady

Liked: Nothing!!
Disliked: It smelled and had roaches everywhere! Even in the fridge and microwave!! Terrible!! Could not stay here!!!

Disappointing

You get what you pay...

Liked: The AC worked well once we got it going and the beds were fairly comfortable. The cheapest spot in/around Richmond. Fairly quiet. Right across the street from a Waffle House. Functioning wifi.
Disliked: Straight up lied in the ad about breakfast; no breakfast at all which was fine because no one should consume food in this building. Cleanliness was lacking. Roaches and mold in the bathroom. Didn't dare use the shower, but my friend braved it. AC very noisy. TV barely worked and had terrible picture. The entire lobby was wet and covered with towels when we got there because rain was coming right in through the doorway. Everything in the room appeared water-damaged, rusty or falling apart. Big metal barriers enclosing the underside of the bed for some reason, but we accidentally kept smashing our toes into it if you walked too close to the bed. Another guest somehow entered our room with his own door card while we were there so we never felt comfortable to leave anything valuable in the room.
