Super 8 by Wyndham Richfield/Cleveland

If we hadn't pre-paid, we would not have stayed. There were two rooms in our party, and not everyone was going to the concert at Blossom. They planned on using the pool and hot tub. Carpet and general appearance of the whole place was shabby and not too clean. The toilet in our room had clearly not been cleaned - the seat was up and there were splatters (ick). Our first room had someone in it. Management took care of those issues quickly but again, we would not have stayed there if we weren't locked in to it. Learned our lesson about not being able to cancel a reservation - taking too big a chance.

Liked: Price and location.
Disliked: Not too clean; pool & hot tub not available; long wait at office (understaffed).

Awful!!!!

Liked: Deplorable conditions. Smells like cat urine and strong chemicals. No breakfast provided as promised on my confirmation paperwork. Hallway disgusting, unfinished drywall in room, plumbing rusted and broken, a/c leaked all over floor in a large area, refrigerator compressor so loud we unplugged it, shears were shredded to about one third the size, curtains were ripped and would not cover the windows. Rusted lighting fixtures everywhere and furniture was dinged and dented. Not much was clean and the guy lied on the phone. Booking. Com needs inspect and remove property from their website.
Disliked: See above. I travel extensively and this is the worst property I have ever been in. If it weren’t a large concert night with no other available rooms in the area I wouldn’t have stayed!

Disliked: No breakfast. The room stunk. The floors were damp. Hair dryer had been torn off the wall.

Disliked: Broken tv dirty walls, bed, floors, ceiling, there were bed bugs and bugs in general. Microwave barely worked the same thing with the mini fridge. The tv was broken.

Disliked: Asked Front desk clerk why our card was charged prior to checkin. He stated that they charge 24 hours prior, booking at confirmation stated pay at property at checkin.Elevator was filthy tiles missing and jumped when it came to stop. Floors are dirty sticky worn carpet. Outside of building looks horrible. Dogs barking in room down the hall. Trash in the hallway totally unmaintained. No breakfast as stated on booking info. Very disappointed. Pictures on booking.com are old. Bathroom door has been screwed together. Rust in the bathroom on the tissue holder and the shower curtain bar looks like it has been sadly repaired many times. Room smells like a wet basement. White powder blew out of the AC unit when we turned it on.Check the recent reviews carefully prior to booking. Left and went to a clean hotel.
