If we hadn't pre-paid, we would not have stayed. There were two rooms in our party, and not everyone was going to the concert at Blossom. They planned on using the pool and hot tub. Carpet and general appearance of the whole place was shabby and not too clean. The toilet in our room had clearly not been cleaned - the seat was up and there were splatters (ick). Our first room had someone in it. Management took care of those issues quickly but again, we would not have stayed there if we weren't locked in to it. Learned our lesson about not being able to cancel a reservation - taking too big a chance.
Liked: Price and location.
Disliked: Not too clean; pool & hot tub not available; long wait at office (understaffed).

Moving trip
Disliked: Asked Front desk clerk why our card was charged prior to checkin. He stated that they charge 24 hours prior, booking at confirmation stated pay at property at checkin.Elevator was filthy tiles missing and jumped when it came to stop. Floors are dirty sticky worn carpet. Outside of building looks horrible. Dogs barking in room down the hall. Trash in the hallway totally unmaintained. No breakfast as stated on booking info. Very disappointed. Pictures on booking.com are old. Bathroom door has been screwed together. Rust in the bathroom on the tissue holder and the shower curtain bar looks like it has been sadly repaired many times. Room smells like a wet basement. White powder blew out of the AC unit when we turned it on.Check the recent reviews carefully prior to booking. Left and went to a clean hotel.

Nasty place to stay I...
Liked: It was so dirty no breakfast like it said online when I booked it and the fire kept going off several times and we were so tired not happy about the whole stay never again
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff wasn’t nice all I smelled was drugs not impressive

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: I was there less than 9 hours and found bedbugs on the cover that my 3 year old was under. I asked for a new room none available. The man asked me if I wanted him to change the cover smh. I asked for a refund and I'm currently waiting on the refund after speaking to a booking customer service agent. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS STORE AGAIN

Nice employee, clean linens, dirty...
Liked: Clean towels and sheets. Nice front desk employee. Affordable.
Disliked: No breakfast. Room reeked of what I believe to be mold and a nasty prior guest. Urine covering the toilet seat when I lifted up the lid. Lobby smelled like cigarettes.
