Bad experience! Especially for pregnant...

Disliked: First of all the key to get into our room didn’t work the first time so I had to call receptionist and she provided us with a different one but then we left the hotel and when we came back to reset we had the same issue again and the receptionist at night was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help at all. It made me feel so uncomfortable! I am pregnant and the bathroom is very little I barely had space to move in there! Plus the hotel didn’t have elevators!? I had to walk up and down the stairs everytime and it just made it worst the experience with the key because I was so tired and I just wanted to relax but we still had to wait for the receptionist to provide another key or resolved the issue which we had to go one time downstairs for help because we didn’t want to wait for them to come upstairs to our room!

Liked: I like how accommodating and clean the place was. It was close to where we had to go.
Disliked: We was on the 2nd floor and my husband is ♿️ and there was no elevator.

My super 8 experience

Liked: Close to where my family lives. Clean facility and friendly staff.
Disliked: Looks like the place could use some work. Leaky ceilings and walls having some pieces of it missing. Also I wasn't aware that there was no elevator and my husband is disabled and had to climb steps to get to our room. If I knew there was no handicap assemble to the 2nd floor I would have booked a 1st floor room.
