Disliked: Was easy to get too. We liked the elevator there for our 94 year old grandmother

Disliked: Cold showers in the morning.Unprofessional staff. No pool towels. Terrible Breakfast selection.Dirty torn carpet with exposed tack strip.

Liked: location was great. The people were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room was not so clean. Some smudges on mirrors, wall behind bathroom door dirty. Microwave door dirty. Someone had spilled something on the heater under the window and it was dried on. The edge of the desk area was secured with packing tape.

Average stay

Liked: Had to change my room the first one I was given musty and damp. The dryer in the bathroom of my new room didn't work. The room could've been better. The carpets were old.
