Passable

Disliked: Pool was too cold. Hot tub not warm enough and the jets don't work properly plus the railing going into the hot tub is very loose

Very poor

Disliked: Extremely dirty place. Moldy roof in bathroom. Terrible smell everywhere.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was nice and happy. Shirt stay overnight.
Disliked: The pool was dirty and very cold, the whirlpool jets didn't work well, the bathroom was very small could barely fit. Shower head was broken. Beds need updating they sagged in the middle, the room should have been cleaned better hair in the shower and dirt in the corner.When you have three or four people to the room and only two towels that doesn't work. Also, more pillows on the beds and better quality pillows.

Liked: We could adjust the temperature in the room to our liking.
Disliked: There was something hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was a little small.

Bad

Liked: They did have a place to plug in my car for -15 weather
Disliked: 1st they sent us to an unclean, unmade room. Then when we went to breakfast, we came back to our room with key cards that no longer worked. It was a very long walk both ways to the room and back for inconveniences that were their fault.
