Liked: Room price affordable
Disliked: Room is filthy. Black marks all over inside door. Heavily chipped sinks. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Ripped carpet. Pacific tree frog in the bathroom (no kidding!). Stained towels.

Very poor

Liked: The only thing I liked is that I had a place to sleep while in town visiting family.
Disliked: The black mold on the ceiling above the shower and the fact it's also falling apart.And while I was waiting to check in, the owner was very rude and cursed at a customer who was being very polite while telling him about the condition of the room she had rented.

Adequate room.

Liked: Breakfast was late for us; we left early to get on the road.
Disliked: I didn't notice this -- but my companion couldn't sleep because of the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. There was also a man next door smoking a cigarette on the walkway between the rooms.
