Super 8 by Wyndham Rapid City

Everyone was so nice. Hot tub was good; food was great!

Liked: Friendly and nice staff.
Disliked: When I got there, the cops were removing a disgruntled guest. No coffee maker in the room. The hotel backed up to a supply business and they started moving equipment around at 7am. The fork lift had a super loud beeper that beeped nonstop. No way to sleep any later than 7am. The parking lot had huge, deep pot holes. You could not avoid driving into them needs there were so many of them.

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The facility is aging and the staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. The breakfast gathering area is small and the flooring was being replaced.

Terrible experience that might prevent...

Liked: Nothing. It was a terrible property that was overpriced and took me an hour to check in because the clerk didn’t know how to process a booking.com reservation. I would have went somewhere else but it was all sold out.
Disliked: See above.

Liked: New place, still being remodeled so, very clean, the night staff when I checked in was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was a typical lower end breakfast but they did run it late so that's a plus.
