Liked: Nothing, room was filthy.
Disliked: Room was absolutely filthy.

Liked: It was convenient location.
Disliked: My wife couldn't turn the bathroom sink faucet on, it took me two hands to operate it. The knob to turn the shower on had a piece broken off, and we had to be careful, because it was very sharp. The water pressure coming out of the shower varied, I guess it depended on how many guests in other rooms were showering at the same time.

Liked: Close to the college.
Disliked: Even though my room was non smoking it smelled like stale smoke. The outside size door wouldn't lock, there was no hot water, the walls and ceiling were dirty. It was not worth the money that I was charged. Will not recommend this motel and won't be staying there again

Liked: The room was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the cost was exceptional. Beds were acceptable.
Disliked: The hallway smelled of old cigarette smoke. The breakfast was all carbohydrate. The motel is undergoing some interior upgrade. The exterior grounds really needed grass-cutting.
