Good clean and friendly, but...

Liked: Easy access, clean and adequate
Disliked: I was given the wrong room. Someone walked in on me(the actual person the room was intended for) while I was coming out of the shower. I reported the issue at the time. My room was not corrected to the king bed I was supposed to get. I repeated my experience and déception to two different front desk attendants, including a supervisor at checkout time without being offered réparation or compensation or complementary services.

Liked: Room was cleaned every other day. The front desk reception staff were all fantastic.
Disliked: Breakfast selection could of been better. When I stayed at Wyham in Midland, Ontario, they offered hot foods, ie. eggs, waffles, sauages. Having benches infront of the building to sit.. I know it was winter and -22, but it would of been nice.

Disliked: Random things left in room half drank water bottles...and AC was on full in dead winter....took us 2 hours to get the room warm...??
