Everything was great except peacefulness...

Disliked: Sount ljke they were having a party In the hallway . Screaming and hollering up until 1 am , a party of about 5 . I even called the front desk and asked about quiet hours and nothing was done . Needless to say we got about 4 hrs of sleep and had a 2 hr drive to a graduation the next morning.

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: I was bitten by bed bugs all night and when I told the staff the look on her face was like she already knew they had them.i feel I should get my money back cause they should tell people before checking in that they have this problem goung on.

Liked: The breakfast attendant was great. She was on top of everything.
Disliked: The room was not as pictured. Main reason we picked this hotel cause a hot tub was listed and pictured. It was filled with concrete which sucked. And they tried to charge us double for our small room. Took 30mins to explain what they was trying to do was wrong.
