Liked: Friendly & helpful staff on check in.
Disliked: Light switch had fallen off on lamp by TV, so could not turn on/off, looked for it on floor but found no switch part. Curtain hook was off & hanging crooked. Staff absent on check-out in am, waited a few minutes, but ultimately left key card at desk & departed.

Liked: No water at the hotel. We were told to fill the bathtub with water at check in to flush toilets in the morning. Major health and safety violation for a hotel. Not even legal to operate under these conditions. REALLY!! Still waiting for a refund from either Booking or the hotel. Impossible to reach Booking com, and the hotel says refund us on their end not theirs. Last time I will ever use Booking.com for a reservation. Totally ghosted by all parties.

Disliked: Toilette bowl dirty. Drain blocked in the shower. Visible stain on curtain. Dusty and dirty floor in bathroom

Disliked: There was dead ants all in the pool and ants all over pool deck and hot tub was closed not working. And breakfast was very basic
