Liked: The room was clean and confortable. Clean sheet and towel (a lot of them in the room), no stain. The A/C was working really great too. The staff was available even if they were not able to fix the issus with the room.
Disliked: Microwave and mini fridg did not work. The pool was not clean either.. greenish water. We did not use it... did not want to take the risk and was disgusting

Liked: The hotel is clean and the location is perfect if you want to stay just next to the lake beach.
Disliked: I was a bit disappointed with my stay because we found the swimming pool closed, even though it was listed as open at the time of booking. I have a 7-year-old daughter, and you can imagine her disappointment. The breakfast is very basic, and the front desk staff was not very welcoming – no smile or courtesy

Disliked: sketchy people at all hours in the parking lot, ice machine did not work, tears in the carpet, clock in lobby had wrong time and date
