Worst place ever

Liked: Please do not go there. Worst place I have stayed in my entire life.
Disliked: Gross! Pee on the toilet bowl, broken toilet bowl, dirty blankets, dirty floor, the bathroom was disgusting with the mirror full of toothpaste spit and the dirty bath. No way we were going to shower there.

Disappointed

Liked: Location. Dollar General and gas stations right there.
Disliked: Nobody at the desk. Had to call for someone to come to the desk. I have stayed here many times and never had my room with a toilet that looked like someone had diarrhea and never flushed or cleaned it. And to boot, it was plugged up. Had to unplugged it myself. Not enough towels and no washcloths either. Pretty disappointed.

Disliked: I couldn't understand the man at the front desk and the facility never told me that their pool wasn't in service.

Good stay

Liked: Price was reasonable. Clean, near gas stations, and restaurants. Nice kitchenette. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. It was quiet. Shower hot.
Disliked: Need fitted sheets. Flat sheets on the bottom of the bed kept coming off the bed every time I moved around. There are still no channels to watch, and half of it is Spanish. It's all digital TV, even though the remote is Direct TV. Also, they'll charge your bank or card an extra $100 to the room price till your money clears.

Disliked: Where shall I begin, need someone working the desk that can speak fluent English, not clicks and odd noises. Asked for the manager repeatedly and was denied any for of contact with one, was made to give a deposit for a dirty room. Cob webs everywhere, shower was filthy”shouldn’t be soap scum build up anywhere and the bead to seal the shower wall to the tub is full of mold! Towels stained, and the main hall smells very odd. The kitchen had no power, and had a microwave brought in hour later. No water in the pool, indoor pool? I had to wait to get my deposit back,,, that right there is crooked! The branch you work for says it isn’t there policy! Fix the place or find a new job! Fire that guy at the front desk who cannot communicate with people and doesn’t know when a breaker is shot! I will never stay there again until there is new management and real staff.
