Liked: I left my box fan I just bought in the guy was very rude about the situation in call the police on us in told them oh we have some black costume in here

Liked: Was charged an additional fee for booking with a 3rd party, the room was so filthy that I didn’t stay the night. I wasted money. I’ll never book through booking.com for telling me they would refund me and they didn’t. Worst hotel ever!
Disliked: Stinky, messy, extra added fee

Disappointed, felt cheated.

Liked: I bought a room for a homeless woman, and he did take her in at first.
Disliked: She stole the bellhop but luckily they were able to find it close by within an hour. They still charged me $400 for the inconvenience when I think $200 would’ve been fair. I think they ripped me off and milked the situation in retrospect.
