Liked: The breakfast was some coffee, and they had two Danishes out. This is 7:00 AM. This isn't at the end, this is like an hour into it. I just shook my head. It's like it can't get any worse, but it does. Yeah, don't call that a breakfast stop, putting that they offer breakfast in your listings. So tired of reading that when I get there, it's a donut
Disliked: We're there for work. It was a long day, it's a festival. We got to the hotel about 9:30. We just checked in, but didn't go to the room. We were hungry, so we went across the street to a place called Frickers. Great restaurant. We get to the room at 11, tired, we're hot, we're sweaty been working outside all day, and there are no towels, and it looks like the sheets just been thrown all they weren't tucked in. We called the front desk, oh first the phone had been unplugged, as the housekeeper never checked if the phone worked. So we use our cell phone to call the front desk, tell him there are no towels starts to give me a hard time and argues with him that I had no towels. There are no towels in the room. Finally, they said they'd bring some towels. We kept waiting but fell asleep. In the morning, there are no towels anywhere outside, anywhere. So I went to the front desk, and again I got a beg to get towels. They want us to wait till room service gets to us. We left, didn't even stay night #2. Booking.com needs to stop promoting these 1 hotels.
