Liked: The place was clean the amenities were up to date overall nice building but i did not stay i canceled my stay
Disliked: The staff at ck in tried over charging for deposit and told me i need to have cash

I can use two words....DISAPPOINTING...

Liked: I was very disappointed regarding the breakfast. There was no breakfast or breakfast setup for either of the mornings I was there (Saturday and Sunday) coffee was offered bur it was only lukewarm and very weak. Should not offer breakfast as an amenity and not have it. That was a main draw for us as a way of saving money. I felt like it detracted from the overall value of the stay. Walking in the room and finding what was obviously a cleaning "rag", albeit a dry one, on the bathroom counter wasn't exactly welcoming. The gentleman who checked me in was civil, but his English was extremely hard to understand. The young lady who checked me out seemed like she could have cared less and actually bordered on rude. I've stayed here several times on previous visits to family and have always been satisfied....don't know what happened this time. It just wasn't the same and didn't feel as welcoming.
Disliked: It could have had the breakfast as advertised. The clerk could have spoken much better English.

I would stay for convenience...

Liked: room was quiet; coffee in the lobby was very good
Disliked: heat didn't appear to be working; there was no box of tissues, price was too high for this; room floor felt less than perfectly clean
