Not good at all

Liked: I stayed here a month ago on a different floor and it was nice. This time I was on the first floor.
Disliked: The bathroom shower walls were dirty. So much so I couldn't take a shower. The hair dryer didn't work. Water leaked from the air conditioning unit onto the floor.

Liked: Was very clean and the staff seemed nice
Disliked: On my checkout day I checked out at 3am was no staff at the front desk. Also noticed that the front doors you could get back in without use of a room key.This was very unsettling for me because it allowed access to anyone at any hour.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that that air conditioner didn’t work that will so my room was really hot for the 3 nights I stayed

Liked: Rates, and cleanliness.
Disliked: The AC was running rough & loud. Maintenence stated they came up, but No answer from me. I couldn't hear anyone knocking the AC UNIT was too loud. I wished they had banged on the door louder. Not a total negative, wished they had returned back or called the room.

Disliked: Dear Super 8 Pennsville/Wilmington Team,Thank you for reaching out. My stay from May 23 to May 25 was decent, and I appreciated the overall hospitality. However, I did want to provide some feedback regarding the breakfast options.I noticed that the breakfast offering was quite limited, with only pancakes and waffles available. Unfortunately, these options did not accommodate those of us with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the fruit (oranges and apples) were not fresh and felt overly soft to the touch.I would suggest adding more protein-rich options and a wider variety of items to cater to different dietary needs, as I have seen and experienced at other Super 8 properties. This could greatly enhance the overall breakfast experience for future guests.I hope this feedback helps in improving future stays for others.
