Pleasant

Disliked: I did not like the location or the how excessively warm it was in the room. On arrival we saw that the window was open but it did nothing to cool the room.The breakfast offered bagels but had no cream cheese. Website says hot breakfast so it should be updated.

Disappointing

Disliked: Was told room was renovated ans was false. I requested a discount and it was applied. Later in the night I had to ask for a change of room since you can her everything they people above me were doing. Talking, flushing and walking. The room I was sent too was actually more renovated. But still not at par for the price you pay.

Liked: This fantastic hotel was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Staff were polite and catering to my every need and the check in process was sped up by checking in through text. They even accommodated an early check in. The breakfast was delicious and the beds dreamy and comfy. Nothing but good things to say! Thank you! Great little city to explore!
