Disliked: There were cockroaches in the room that were coming out of nowhere as well as you could hear the noise of the neighbors above you

Disliked: Originally I was assigned to room number 117 but the refrigerator knob was broken so they assigned me to room number 204 the television in room number 204 didn’t work at all. And a shortage of towels.

Exceptional

By far the worst Motel...

Liked: No frills. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Rowdy crowd. Stairways smell of urine and trash on the floor. Housekeeping did not even clean the room. Ice machine not working and staff claims they have no clue. Asked for extra towels and pillows but was not given any. No hairdryer. AC is so loud. despite calling to confirm if we will be assign a room on the first floor, we ended up having a room on the 2nd floor. We were in Pasadena for surgery and walking up the stairs was absolutely difficult

Liked: My brother stayed there after a fire in the house— the motel served its purpose and the weekend staff was very helpful min a difficult time
Disliked: My brother had only 1 problem- his room was cleaned during his stay and they must have thought he was leaving because his razors and soap and items he had purchased for his stay were thrown away and not replaced
