Liked: Nice staff and the swimming pool was great.
Disliked: The price included breakfast but there was only coffee and granola bars. There was a notice at check in about not serving breakfast anymore but there was no adjustment in the price. They need to revise the Booking info. Also the wi fi was terrible.

Liked: Nice rooms good view of the mountains.
Disliked: The hotel has no breakfast although it is listed. There is a fee for everything you can think of. It said pet friendly however there was an added fee for my pet.

Horrible service, no breakfast and...

Liked: I didn’t like this hotel at all the last stay I had. I would like a refund. There were roaches all in my bathroom and under the refrigerator on the room as well.

I want a refund

Liked: I would like a refund. I have roaches all in my room. All near my bed and in the bathroom. Very bad. There was no breakfast every morning either. One staff was very rude to my husband too. Tell him to pick up ketchup that was spilled. I will be writing a bad review on google maps

Clean room, but shortcomings that...

Liked: The room was clean; the linens as well (more on that below). We welcomed the fact that there was a refrigerator, but was a little surprised that it wasn't plugged in, which we didn't immediately notice, no big deal. The bed was reasonable comfortable.
Disliked: Frankly, the "free wifi" was terrible. Signal was week, it would disappear altogether, requiring us to re-submit our acceptance of terms, dropped packets.... We did speak to the staff, who suggested another wifi, but it had the same problems. It would be better if wifi wasn't advertised. Speaking of advertising, on booking.com, the room was advertised "breakfast included"... when we got there, a big sign said that breakfast was no longer being offered. Felt a little bit like bait and switch (there was coffee, however). Also, at the time of this writing (end of March 2024), the towels (clean, to be clear) are close to threadbare and should (will ?) be changed. Also, we had to put baking soda in the fridge to eliminate the smell.
