It was not ideal.

Liked: Breakfast was nothing more than what I expected and the location isn't the best of your on foot.
Disliked: The communication between guests and associates is horrible when it comes to procedures that the hotel must follow for payments. We were staying indefinitely until our apartment was ready through the VA. We were paying every Thursday but apparently we weren't staying after we paid. It was being calculated before we paid and we were approached to pay in full 3 days before we expect it to pay once direct deposit from employment hit our account. We could not do this and we were put out after 2 and a half weeks. Even after being put out like we hadn't paid nearly $1,000 prior, My experience with your front desk so she is Aaron was by far the most unsettling. He was treated with respect and gave none. Does lack of compassion was inhuman and he even went as far as to give a very assertive "no" when I asked could he put himself in our shoes and allow us time to work this out. He seemed to enjoy the experience and wanted nothing to do with us. There were no complaints from other guests or warnings about payments or anything. Just a blind siding about payment. Then police, witch I'm extremely confused about. then on the street. AND NOT WITH ALL OUR BELONGINGS!

Liked: Friendly desk person and ease of check-in
Disliked: The room had a strong odor of smoke, like burnt toast and then all night strong smell of cigarettes. It was strong when I briefly checked in and dropped off bags but thought it would be gone when I returned. It was stronger but late so I just slept in it but it was really bad. Told the desk person the next morning.

Liked: The lady at the front desk and the location
Disliked: The shower didn't work, water was running all night, and there was no information on amenities or breakfast posted anywhere. The key card did not work to get in so I had to carry everything all the way around the building in the freezing cold and dark
