I will pay more for...

Liked: The price was very competitive.
Disliked: There was a strong smell throughout the facility (possibly from a cleaner used). The biscuits and gravy were low quality and the sausage patties were frozen and needed to be defrosted-heated in the microwave before they could be eaten plus they didn't taste anything like real meat.

Liked: The breakfast ok I don't think that was real sausage? if they can fix that if would pretty good.
Disliked: It was a hot day when we arrived and the A/C wasn't on, I think they should have the A/C on low ahead of time.

Liked: The front desk staff were kind and professional. They greeted us politely and did what they could within their means.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness of the property was terrible. Hallways, the laundry room, and outside areas were noticeably dirty. Inside the unit, it looked like no one had cleaned under the couch, inside the drawers, or in the bathtub for a long time. We found grime, dirt, and hair on the floors, tabletops, and toilet.The air conditioning barely worked and the room was unbearably hot. It got so bad we seriously considered sleeping in our vehicle with the engine running, but that wasn't an option since we had an infant and children with us. All of us were sweating heavily and got almost no sleep. We asked the front desk for a fan, but they didn't have any available.We definitely regret staying here. It was not worth the money and we wish we had booked somewhere else.
