Very Disappointed

Liked: Unfortunately, I didn't have the most pleasant stay at this facility. The check in online was easy I would say was the one thing I can say I can say was convenient.
Disliked: There were many things I didn't like. The very impersonal service and talking to someone through a monitor was the first dislike. There was no air in the entrance lobby. A lot of the amenities were not working, such as the ATM machine, and the pool was cemented up. There was no elevator for the disabled which means a guest had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs, which was a struggle. The parking lot was crowded and very tight to drive in. It had guests sitting in chairs and drinking and cooking off the back of vehicles tailgating. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bedding felt damp. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty and old looking, crud around the toilet and someone else's hair left in sink and tub, the TV didn't function properly and the screen was dark and you couldn't see the picture. The breakfast area was very small for a fully filled hotel. It only had 3 small tables and a small juice machine.

Would not recommend ever.

Disliked: Room reeked of pot. Broken lock on door, broken smoke detector, no shower curtain, mold on window curtains, cigarette burn holes in several places on bed spreads, and not very clean.

Disliked: Staff not available in person too automated not enough linens in the room for 3 to have shower and clean towels breakfast orange juice out no one there to correct issue breakfast was substandard for the cost of the visit

Disliked: The toilets were nasty as well as the showers , bedding worn out and housekeeping is horrible

Liked: At least the rooms didn’t smell.
Disliked: Very run down, stains on curtains/walls/floor, shower about came out of the wall when trying to turn on or off. Beds were VERY firm (my husband did like this, but I didn’t). Noise sounding the drums being banged very regularly throughout the night (I believe this has something to do with the beds).
