I will never stay again....

Disliked: I felt my room was filthy. Everything had a sticky touch to it TV didn’t work properly. There was no coffee pot in room and stated there would be. Bathroom light was stained all the way around it. The window had a small BB gun pellet gun possibly hole and a board in the window track due to needing a lock

Disliked: room was dirty. comforter was nasty. there is no way you could miss the spill on it. the microwave was totally gross. we checked out a day early.

Liked: I’ve never had a bad stay I take my family here for birthday parties we enjoy the pool so much the morning breakfast is always excellent very delicious so many options the hotel staff is always so helpful and so friendly

Liked: The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. The biscuits and gravy were tasty. The biggest distraction was the slow sink drain, but the rest of the accommodations were very fine.
Disliked: The sink was clogged so water did not go down very well. Toilet seat was a little wobbly, bathroom door had been repaired but looks like someone had put a fist through it. The back of it was not repainted yet. It would have been nice to have information about the community in a folder. I don't carry a phone with computer access so I could not look up anything. It would be nice to have a Gideon Bible in the drawer. The refrigerator worked very well, but I did not check the temperature. In the morning my water was frozen in the bottle. Did not expect the temperature to be set so cold. I did lower the temp.

Disliked: Rooms dirty, washer and dryer didn't work, hot tub didn't work, hot water heater went out no hot water, shower curtain was moldy, beds had garbage under them, no tissues, had to request toilet paper from front desk twice,

Pleasant

Disliked: On booking it said it had a hot tub. That is the reason we picked the hotel. When we get there is was not working. They had a hot tub in a room. We had to pay $20 extra to get the room. That tub was not in good working conditions.
