Liked: Staff was helpful and understanding

I probably won't go back.

Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: For breakfast the coffee had run out. There was no other choice but waffles and juice. I was going to let a staff member know about the coffee but overheard her say that clients were to needed that morning, so I didn't want to ask her for coffee. Another thing was that I couldn't take food back to the room. I wanted to take breakfast for my husband and daughter to eat comfortable in the room.

Liked: The area only has hi and accommodations or low end accommodations. This one is one of the best of the reasonably priced accommodations available in Oroville. I stay in Oroville 10 times a year and that has been my experience.
Disliked: They have removed all breakfast items except for toast a waffle maker, coffee and juice. They no longer have cereal, milk muffins, fruit.

Liked: Ashley was marvelous ,there was dirty sheet on bed and she took it amongst herself to change out the sheets and pillow cases thank you ashley.
Disliked: Nothing

Garbage

Liked: I liked that we had the end room on the hallway, and they upgraded our room to a larger king due to my client being in a wheelchair
Disliked: It was a non smoking room, but the blankets had huge burn holes in it, the carpets were all stained up, the other rooms were full of kids and families that were loud all night long, the breakfast was nasty, only bread or waffles, the sliding glass doors weren’t on tracks and we had to pry it open with a screwdriver just to get it to open and they don’t lock, so that’s scary.
