Liked: Nice and quiet close to everything, including where we went to Universal Studios

Liked: i liked that the property was so close to a ton of cool things
Disliked: the rooms were filthy and seemed to not have been cleaned after the last guest left (other than changing the bedding). there was hair on the floor in the bathroom from previous guests, the door of the room didn’t close all the way and you could see light coming in from the full crack in the door. the toilet was dirty and there was dust/lint in the bathroom vent that seemed to have been there for a while.

Overall good experience.

Liked: Close to the attraction, very affordable compared to the alternatives.
Disliked: The Russian guy who I spoke to when I first arrived wasn’t the friendliest.

Decent but mediocre.

Liked: Good location, clean.
Disliked: No closet, no floor towel, no napkins, blanket had a hole in it (and the lobby didn’t have another one), not enough cups and coffee for two people, four small roaches were in the bathroom, fridge was poorly sealed, neighbors were noisy.

I won’t book there again...

Disliked: I didn't like everything. The pool wasn't working? Everything was very dirty, bad service. I had to look for another hotel because it was impossible to stay there with a child. However, they returned the money without any questions.

Liked: There was no hot water the vending machines was not working they claim that they could not give me a discount because of all the bad things that are going on here like the water and all that they said booking will not allow them to give me a discount either it was horrible I barely slept and that room I was barely there because it was so uncomfortable I couldn't take a bath because there was no hot water I had to walk almost a mile to get something to drink because there was no vending machines that was working they didn't even tell me this before I came and I had to come all the way from Georgia I've been here for days without any hot water and I leave today I am not happy this was very disappointing and they wouldn't even give me a discount after all this they claim they couldn't do it because I booked my room through booking so booking y'all did me wrong on this one this is my 52nd birthday and I'm spending it with my legs hurting and stuff and I have to go back home today I'm not happy about the situation I would never come back here again and I think I am done with booking.com
Disliked: There was no hot water The vending machines didn't work The blankets on the bed were filthy I complained about that twice The floors were dirty The rooms had an order I kept getting sick to my stomach everything should be on camera outside because that's where I had to sit because I just wasn't comfortable and I couldn't leave because I came way from Georgia on a Greyhound bus I am very disappointed and sad
